The journey of VJ from a humble beginning as a construction contracting firm to being amongst one of the most trusted names in the business has been remarkable. Four decades have witnessed the virtuous journey of the doyen of Pune’s real estate sector with Mr. Vilas Javdekar who pursued his vision with grit, perseverance, and determination.
Great things in business are never done by one person, they are done by a team of people. We at VJ proudly celebrated our 41st Foundation Day on 9th July, 2022. A journey of Four decades with our family of 800+ employees. There was Cake cutting, fun quiz and a plethora of sumptuous cup-cakes at all sites and offices to tickle the taste buds.
Through the use of technology, all the employees across all centres participated in the celebrations which started with a zoom call with Mr Aditya Vilas Javdekar & Mr Sarvesh Vilas Javdekar. The duo gave insight on the growth and expansion plans and expressed their gratitude towards all in the organization. The event was relayed for all to witness the unfolding of memories on this momentous day.
The Foundation Day also marks the birthday of the founder of the Company- Mr Vilas Javdekar. The man wo has nurtured the organisation with his audacity, hard work, integrity and perseverance.
