Recently e-registration facility started by Vilas Javdekar Developers for their home buyers as the company is adaptive when it comes to customer service. This facility was inaugurated in the presence of Mr. Shravan Hardikar, Inspector General of Registration & controller of stamps for Pune division on July 29, 2022. He along with his team was present and witnessed live e-registration process conducted successfully and smoothly at developer’s office.
An e-registration system eliminates the need of filling paper forms manually and sending them to a registration office. When using online registration systems, the participants can simply register at their convenience and submit their information immediately. This process does not require to physically sign all the documents. Another important benefit of this facility is, it is time-saving when compared to the traditional process of registration.
